Embrace-Release
Today, I embrace the beginning of a
better life. I release my grip on the
past and open my hand to receive the
new. I accept the seeds of the future.

About Your
Embrace-Release
Coach Yari
Hello, I'm Yari, and I am a living testament to the belief that women are beautifully and wonderfully made, regardless of the scars they carry. This declaration has been my anchor, even during times when I struggled to believe it myself. I knew these words would eventually empower me, and they have.

I grew up in a home shadowed by domestic abuse, navigated the complexities of a blended family, and faced the highs and lows of marriage. I have battled mom guilt and confronted numerous health challenges. I am a BRCA-positive previvor, a lupus warrior, a fibromyalgia warrior, and a Breast Implant Illness (BII) survivor. Through all these experiences, I have chosen to live by "Embrace Release."

Why Embrace Release?

Life throws many curveballs, and my journey has taught me to embrace the things I cannot control and release those that are beyond me. Embracing my storms and battles has kept me from staying in a victimized state of mind, a place that can be terrifying to linger in. Instead, I've sought God's guidance to understand why I was walking through each valley and what lessons I needed to learn from those dark moments.

This approach has healed my heart from heartache, failure, rejection, anger, bitterness, sadness, disrespect, and low self-esteem. Releasing what holds me back has allowed me to grow, forgive, love, enjoy, evolve, and live in constant thankfulness for the good meant for me.

My Mission
My hope is to inspire you to embrace the challenges life presents and release what holds you back. Together, let's work towards a life of growth, healing, empowerment and living in the purpose in which God has created us for.

Let's get to work.
